Jay Taibo, President
Jay is an experienced Construction Leader and Contractor with over 20 years’ experience overseeing and managing construction projects, with expertise in all phases of residential construction and renovation. He has worked with industrial contractors, regional homebuilders, investors, and startups to help them execute their respective missions - on time, and on budget.
He is experienced in pre-purchase, post purchase, and turnover inspections with vast experience inspecting Real Estate Investment and owner-occupied properties, having personally overseen some 300 SFR acquisitions and subsequent renovations in this region as well as new construction and repairs throughout the continental US and abroad. Jay has a hands-on leadership style and a relentless focus on delivering high-impact projects while maintaining an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
